Cancellation conditions Winter/Summer

Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the Accommodation contract for a processing fee of € 40.00 by unilateral declaration be dissolved by the contractual partner. Outside the stipulated period of time, withdrawal is unilateral Declaration by the contractual partner only with payment of the following cancellation fees possible:

up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price;
80% of the total package price up to 1 week before the day of arrival;
in the last week before the day of arrival 100% of the total package price.

Please note that we do not grant any deductions in the event of late arrival or early departure. This also applies to food that is not consumed. Half-board starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. The place of jurisdiction is the district court in Landeck.
